Inventia PT Ltd. is the creator, owner, and producer of a biologically active natural collagen isolated from freshwater fish skin, chemically modified in order to improve its chemical durability, thermal stability and purity.

At present, our company employs 50 people. The managerial personnel are young educated people, who eagerly improve their professional qualifications, thus creating new possibilities for the company’s development. Our research is carried out by experienced specialists in the field of biochemistry and cosmetology.

Due to the nature of production, 80% of the work has to be done manually. The whole manufacturing process is performed in sterile conditions that are in accordance with both the Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) and Good Hygienic Practice (GHP), the aim of which is to create conditions for product manufacture that are hygienically safe. GMP and GHP concern rooms, machinery and equipment, disposal of waste, washing, water supply, personal hygiene and personnel training.

Selection of raw material sources has been conducted very carefully – the purity of water is of key importance for our production. Fish are fed with feed that does not contain any cattle protein.

The introduction a shift work system allows us to adjust our production to meet our customers’ requirements. We think it is possible to open new production facilities.
